These terms describe how AWEMARINE handles supplier applications submitted through our website and the expectations for companies wishing to join our curated supplier network.
By submitting the Supplier Application Form on awemarine.com, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you understand and agree to the process described below.
Information We Collect During Supplier Application
When you apply to become a supplier, we collect the information you provide directly in the form, including:
- Name and surname
- Company name
- Country of registration
- Email address
- Phone number
- Self-identified brand and product specializations
- Preferred meeting time (via Google Meet)
This information is used exclusively for evaluating your suitability for cooperation with AWEMARINE.
You may request the deletion or correction of your data at any time by emailing hello@awemarine.com.
Purpose of the Supplier Application Process
AWEMARINE operates a curated network of trusted suppliers focused on original spare parts for engines, driveline and generator systems.
Our selection process is designed to identify credible, professional and reliable suppliers with genuine OEM capabilities.
The purpose of the application process is to:
- Understand your company’s strengths and product focus
- Verify your reliability as a potential partner
- Check whether your specialization fits our sourcing categories
- Schedule an initial meeting to discuss cooperation
- Prevent fraudulent, unverified or non-OEM sources from entering our supply chain
Submitting the form does not create any commercial relationship or guarantee approval.
Your Consent When Submitting the Supplier Application
By submitting the form, you consent to the following:
- AWEMARINE may contact you using the details you provided.
- AWEMARINE may request additional documents or information.
- AWEMARINE may schedule a verification call before approving cooperation.
- Your application may be declined to our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
- No commercial relationship exists until an RFQ is issued and confirmed.
- AWEMARINE may store and process your data for the sole purpose of supplier evaluation and cooperation.
No Guarantee of Business
Approval as a supplier does not guarantee the receipt of RFQs or ongoing cooperation.
We issue RFQs based on:
- Category relevance
- Supplier performance
- Availability
- Regional suitability
- Internal operational decisions
AWEMARINE reserves the right to work with multiple suppliers for the same brand or category.
Confidentiality &Non-Disclosure
AWEMARINE does not disclose supplier names, contact details or internal rankings publicly.
You agree to keep confidential any internal processes, pricing structures, communication systems or onboarding information received during the evaluation or cooperation process.
Withdrawal & Data Removal
You may withdraw your application or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@awemarine.com.
Acceptance
By submitting the Supplier Application Form, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these terms
- You consent to the described verification process
- All provided information is complete and accurate
- You acknowledge that approval is not guaranteed
