At AWEMARINE, we are committed to ensuring the safe, reliable, and transparent sourcing of marine spare parts. Our processes are designed to protect customers from counterfeit or substandard components and to maintain the highest integrity in OEM-only procurement.
OEM-Only Sourcing Policy
AWEMARINE supplies only new original OEM spare parts and OEM-Reman parts when available or specifically requested. We do not offer aftermarket, replica, or pattern parts unless explicitly requested by the customer with a clear understanding of their limitations.
Verified Supply Channels
AWEMARINE works exclusively with a carefully selected network of verified and trusted suppliers. Each supplier is evaluated based on proven operational history, ability to supply original equipment, accuracy and reliability, and compliance with quality and sourcing standards. Supplier identities remain confidential to protect commercial relationships.
Documentation & Traceability
Where available from the supply source, AWEMARINE can provide supporting documentation such as packing lists, basic identification details, or OEM reference information without disclosing supplier identities or confidential sourcing details. We do not provide documents that reveal sensitive backend information unless required by law.
Handling Suspicious or Irregular Cases
If any irregularity, inconsistency, or concern regarding authenticity or documentation arises, AWEMARINE will carefully investigate the case, request clarification from the supply channel, review internal sourcing records, and take appropriate corrective measures. Suppliers found unreliable or non-compliant may be suspended or removed from our internal network and may no longer receive RFQs from AWEMARINE.
Customer Responsibilities
OEM parts must always be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Improper installation, mixing OEM parts with aftermarket components, or operating outside OEM guidelines may compromise performance, safety, and potential warranty coverage.
